He was graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He is working as a jurist and business director. He has given lectures at Galatasaray University and Marmara University as an academician of the Capital market Law between the years of 1996-2010. He has the books and scientific articles about Turkish Capital Market. He speaks English and French.  

Mr. Şen is the Chief Executive Officer of Garanti Securities.He also serves on the Board Member of Garanti Securities.He started his career at Emlakbank in 1989 and he served at various positions.Folowwing his assignment in Emlakbank , he served in Koçbank.Between 1997-2002 he worked at Koç Securities as vice president of Treasury department. Between 2002-2006, he served as Group Manager of Discretionary Portfolio Management in Koç Asset Management .Before  joining Garanti Securities, he worked at Garanti Bank as the head of Investment Banking. He served as CEO and Vice President of Executive Board at Garanti Asset Management. A graduate of ODTU University Economics, he has a banking master degree from Marmara University

Mahmut Kaya has been working as General Director and Vice President of the Executive in Garanti Portfolio Management.

Kaya has started his career in 1995 in markets stock research department which has been developed in London Office of ING Barings. After that, he worked as a senior stock analyst in Istanbul office of the same company. He participated to Garanti Investment in 1999 and he had continued his duty as General Manager until 2012. He was responsible for the research.  He worked as CIO who is responsible from Investment Management in Garanti Portfolio Management in between 2012 and 2015. He was assigned as General Manager in 2015.

He was born in 1969 and he graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Bachelor of Engineering in 1990. He had completed his post graduate degree in London Business School, Department of Business by receiving the title of MBA.
