  •  “Declaration On The Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles “ Serial:IV, No:56, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28158 on 30.12.2011.
  • “Declaration Regarding Amendment in the Declaration on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles (Serial:IV,No:56)”, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28201 on 11.2.2012
  • “Declaration Regarding Amendment in the Declaration on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles (Serial:IV,No:60)”, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28335 on 29.6.2012
  • “Declaration Regarding Amendment in the Declaration on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles (Serial:IV,No:60)”, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28410 on 13.9.2012
  • “Declaration Regarding Amendment in the Declaration on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles (Serial:IV,No:56)”, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28567 on 22.2.2013

  • Regulation on the Determination of Minimum Content of the Annual Activity Report of companies, which came into force on 1.7.2012 after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28395 on on 28.8.2012
  • Capital Market Law No. 6362, approved on 6.12.2012, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 28513 on 30.12.2012
