Accordingly;

Relevant headlines of weights to be used for the Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating are determined as 25% for “Shareholders”, 25% for “Public disclosure and Transparency”, 15% for Stakeholders” and 35% for the “Board”,

It was decided that; in case minimum qualifications indicated among Corporate Governance Principles are fulfilled, maximum 85% of the full points of that question/principle can be given and if the relevant principle determines a minimum qualification related to rating of the customer’s Corporate Governance Principles Compliance and in case the customer’s practices are higher than the minimum qualifications, rate given for that principle can arranged closer to the full points according to the characteristics of good corporate governance practices.
